Q: What is an erotic massage?

Our Services specifically include a forward and reverse bodyside, finished with hand relief included in the price of the massage booking. If you are interested in other additional services, this is something that needs to be discussed between yourself and the masseuse. This is best done as a meet and greet (Walk-In), or if you do book, we recommend speaking to the masseuse at the beginning of the booking, before the massage starts, in order to attain that your expectations are able to be met.

Q. What Extra Services are Available?

A: Depending on the masseuse and yourself, the extra services are strictly between you both. The Upmarket Bathouse is only involved in the Massage elements of the service. Every lady has different boundaries, and as such it is best if it is discussed prior to the massage and/or booking, including exchange of payment between yourselves. Some ladies do offer certain extras, and others do not.

The Upmarket Bathouse is a fully Licensed Sex Service Premises, and we adhere to ethical and consensual boundaries. Outside of the expected massage outlines, the ladies are not expected or made to engage in any activity thy do not wish to. We further maintain and encourage safe sex practices and the use of personal protective equipment (namely, condoms, lube, dams, etc). In accordance with SSP workplaces, we provide all personal protective equipment as part of our service to clients and our workers at The Upmarket Bathouse.

Q: What should I expect during a session?

A: You'll arrive in a private, warmly lit space with soft music, aromatherapy, and a calming atmosphere. We’ll begin with a short check in, then you’ll relax on a massage table as your masseuse guides you through an experience of conscious, full-body touch. Every movement is slow, respectful, and intentional. You’re welcome to close your eyes and fully receive.

Q: Do I have to be nude?

A: Nudity is completely optional and based on your comfort. Many clients choose to undress, but you are always welcome to wear as much or as little as you feel safe with. Consent and boundaries are always respected.

Q: How do I know which lady to choose?

A: You can read the description of the ladies here and have a look at our weekly roster to see the ladies available this week.

Upon arrival, you can also request to meet the ladies. You will be seated in our waiting room, and the ladies will come in one by one to introduce themselves. We encourage clients to ask the ladies questions, in case you do have any particular preferences or style of massage service you have in mind.

Similarly, if you are coming in as a couple or since, you may have some expectations, and it is best to discuss them when meeting ladies in the introduction meeting space, before selecting a lady.

After you have met the ladies, our receptionist will enter he waiting room and ask you who you'd like to book.

Q: Is this just for men?

A: No. I welcome all genders, couples and body types. This is a safe, non-judgmental space for anyone seeking conscious connection, pleasure, and relaxation.

For Females and Couples we do recommend calling ahead in order to guarantee that there is a masseuse that specialises in female or couples massage, as we want to ensure that our clients leave The Upmarket Bathouse feeling that their expectations were not only met, but exceeded.

Q: Is my privacy protected?

A: Absolutely. Discretion is a top priority. We never share client details, photos, or experiences. What happens in the session stays between us.

Entering the premises- You will see the Upmarket Bathouse Signage, please walk through the garage and into the wooden gated area, please ring the intercom and the receptionist will buzz you up into our reception (you will hear a clicking noise to push the door)..

Discretion is assured on our premises at all times.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule?

A: Yes, you can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please call us (02 9438 4168) with your booking details to reschedule or cancel. Upon making an appointment, it is essential that for the receptionist to take your appointment, you do need to call on a number that is showing. Due to clients not showing up in the past, we have had to limit bookings to only clients that are willing to display their number.

Otherwise, if you prefer not to book, you are welcome to come in and meet the ladies available in a "Meet & Greet" otherwise known as a "Line-up".
